4 oz glass dropper bottle of special herbal extract blend (Rehmannia, Chaste Tree, Dong Quai, Black Cohosh, Dandelion Leaf, alcohol and purified water alcohol and purified water) with a suggested use of 1 tsp., a day for first 14 days starting first week after cycle ends, then 2 tsps. a day from days 15 to 28 – two weeks prior to the beginning of menses intended to be diluted in water or juice.
