Linda has been practicing Reiki since 2007.  I trained in Reiki for Level 1 &2 as a full semester courses at North Shore Community College as part of a certificate program for Alternative Healing, and I received Reiki 3 at The Heart of Destiny’s wings in Plymouth MA in 2011.  I have my Associates Degree in Liberal arts and a Certificate in Alternative Healing from North Shore Community College.  I also have a bachelor’s degree In Human Services Counseling from Lesley University.  I am an ordained Minister through Our Lord and Lady of the Trinacrian Rose Church.      I am a Registered Reiki Practitioner with the International Association of Reiki Practitioners and with the International Reiki Organization.  I am also a Certified Crystal Master Healing Practitioner and Certified Sound Healing Practitioner.

I am excited to be part of the Dr.Al Costanza health team. I was born and raised in China,Where I completed my undergraduate education in Dalian. After graduation, I moved to Japan and earned my first Master of Science degree at the University of Tokyo in the department of Life Science. My research focused on exercise physiology and the electrical stimulation on health and performance. Driven by my passion for health , I later completed my second Master’s degree in Human Movement and Rehabilitation Science at the Bouve College of Health Sciences, Northeastern University in Boston. My academic and professional journey across China, Japan and the United States has given me a diverse perspective on Healthcare, human performance,and community wellness. I am particularly interested in helping individuals improve their health through evidence based movement and preventive care. I am honored to work alongside Dr. AL Costanza, Serving our community and supporting individuals in achieving healthier and more active lives. I look forward to collaborating with colleagues, and making a positive impact on community health..
